PAST REGIONAL EXEC: Absent
ASST: REGIONAL EXEC: Kristen mentioned the new camping fee and early entry
fee, prior to an event that PIR plans to put in place. This will impact both drivers and
workers in 2017. We need to address this early on before our new season starts.
REGIONAL EXEC: Todd said that he felt all in all that our season went well. It was
not as profitable as we would have liked and that is something that we need to look at
for 2017. How to both increase our membership and our driver counts at our events.
Looking forward to a great banquet and getting the new season off of the ground.
