Jim Wiedenbaum describes a new concept to encourage more racers to race with Oregon Region.  As Jim says, "One of SCCA’s – and Oregon Region’s – biggest challenges is building our road racing car counts.  I am happy to announce an initiative designed to bring in new members and encourage current members to race with us:  Full Fields Program."
